By our down to earth delivery mixed with humor, skills, knowledge we like to connect and inspire people from all of the world to practise so they feel good, confident, stronger, free and calm.
We draw upon all our studies we have done in through Vinyasa, Hatha, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, Meditation. We are both coming from a acting background where movement is underlying part to all that we are… But also the way we use our voice and delivery.
Daren brings 30 years of experience of the fitness industry and he has worked to the highest level as a Presenter for Les Mills mix that with previous skills as a PT, actor, and dancer from a very young age.
He’s expertise lies breaking down the poses so that everyone can enjoy their practise, to embed beautiful language to your classes and make you strong!
He dabbled in yoga for years and when finally read the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali it struck a light and he his now passionate about sharing yoga and yoga nidra for well-being, just as it changed and evolved his life and physical training and mindset…
Johanna delivers playful and heartfelt classes… she brings the feminine energy to it but can still challenge you with creative flows, levels and let you see where you can go further without competition.
Her biggest learning from yoga is that she now can let go of jealousy towards the acting carrier and see and enjoy other people and friends successes. To face her fear of going up side down made her grew stronger both on and off the mat. She rides the high and low of live bit yoga always makes her look at it positively and never give up, this attitude shines through her classes. Yoga also played a massive part during Johanna’s two pregnancies… Having 2 total different birth experiences… she knows yoga and breath work helped her mind and the delivery of Caspian and Tuva.
