An evening of sumptuous yoga in the comfort of your own home with Johanna and Daren.

Johanna invites you to calm, nourish and restore in this yoga practise. We will use cushions and blankets to support the body into a deeper sense of stillness. 
Following on, Daren welcome’s you to a guided Yoga Nidra meditation of deep rest. Perhaps drifting in and out of sleep, this practice is deeply relaxing, welcoming everything just as it is, without the need to fix or change.
